Angie's Web Terms Of Use

I know that this looks a very long page full of do's and don'ts but many times I go to sites and find that the TOU leave me wondering 'Am I allowed to do this?' and 'Am I allowed to do that?'. I have tried to cover everything for everyone here and hopefully you won't be left wondering. However if you do have any questions I'd be happy to answer. Click HERE to email me.

Before you sign up for membership of Angie's Web you should first read these terms. If you break any of the terms in this agreement after becoming a member you will be removed from membership immediately with NO refund given this applies whether you have read my terms or not.

I reserve the right to refuse anyone applying for membership and will not be obliged to give my reasons why.

You MUST not share, transfer, sell or give away your Login Name and Password to anyone, they are for your use ONLY to enter the members area. It might be a nice idea to share your membership with a friend but IT'S NOT ALLOWED HERE. Why should someone get for free what you've paid for?

IP addresses are logged and checked. Anyone found to be violating this rule will have their membership terminated without warning. If someone tells you they are a member who's lost their own password direct them to me.

I reserve the right to terminate any member whom I feel is abusing their membership and/or has joined for dishonorable reasons. By this I mean if I feel that you have joined my membership purely to be nosy, to poke around, to get ideas, to see how I do things in order to copy or imitate my work and ideas on your own website. In this case I will revoke your membership, I will not be obliged to enter into any discussion with you about it and any monetary refund will be at my discretion.

At all times that you are using my graphics on your website my banner must be displayed on your front page or a membership page is OK. If your membership expires but you are still using my graphics my banner must still be displayed.


STATIONERY

All stationery downloaded from my site is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes Stationery here on my main site and the members area. They can not be uploaded to anywhere on the internet or shared through any groups, this includes but is not limited to Online Groups - MSN, Yahoo etc and Newsgroups.

You may not convert my stationery or the graphics I have used in any of my stationeries in anyway to use as a webpage.

You may not redistribute my stationery or offer it in any online collections or take the graphics from my stationery to make other graphics.


LINE ART
(Members Area and Just Lines Packages)

There is only one thing that you can not do with my line art that being to upload it as lineart, you must colour it. Once coloured you can then make sig tags - adoptions - premades - tube packages - websets etc. or use them for Scrapbooking or in your Printable projects, anything your imagination can come up with. You may add some pixels or remove some to make it work for you but these changes will not make the final item yours, copyright is always mine.

All of my Outlines can be used for Commerical use (you may sell what you have made). However before doing so you must first register for a Commercial/Tube Licence, you can do that HERE. Registration is free of charge.


PIXEL TUBES
(Members Area and Just Tubes Packages)

There is only one thing that you can not do with my Tubes that being to upload them as they are as tubes in their original state, you must make something with them.

That can be sig tags - adoptions - premades - websets etc. or use them for Scrapbooking or in your Printable projects, anything your imagination can come up with. You may add some pixels or remove some to make it work for you but these changes will not make the final item yours, copyright is always mine.

You may decorate your personal or commercial website with my Tubes.

BACKGROUND TILES

There is only one thing that you can not do with my background tiles that being to upload them and offer them as they are as background tiles, you must create something with them.

Providing you have created something with my background tiles you may do with it as you wish personally or commercially. You may sell or offer your final creation within your members area.


TUTORIALS

Angie's Web holds copyright on all tutorials within the Members Area. This includes the wording and the sample graphics. They are there purely to teach you and they must NOT leave the site or be copied in any shape or form. All tutorials are available for you to download as an EBook which will make them easier for you to follow, the same TOU apply to the EBook.

When following a tutorial especially Pixel Art Tutorials you must and it is also in your interest to make your finished result slightly different to mine to avoid any confusion over copyright and who did what. You can do this by shading your creation a different colour or adding something to it.

As for your results from my tutorials - you made it - it's yours - and you may do with it as you wish.


Once payment for membership is received NO refund will be given.
